Port of Subs Joins the YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day

This past weekend, the AZ Co-op team joined in on Healthy Kids Day in Phoenix—a nationally recognized event hosted by YMCAs across the country to celebrate kids and promote healthier living.

Port of Subs was a last-minute but welcome addition, recommended to the YMCA by the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. It’s a great reminder that showing up and staying engaged with your local chamber can lead to powerful opportunities and visibility.

Families stopped by to chat with the team about nutritious meal options and were excited to see a familiar favorite as part of the event. Between smoothie bike rides, free immunizations, and summer activity info, it was a fun, vibrant day of community engagement.
