With over 50 years of operational excellence, you’ll be partnering with an established brand that is committed to supporting your business goals.
As a Port of Subs Regional Developer, you’ll secure the rights to open franchise units in a protected territory. Regional developers are compensated with half of the franchise fee for opening support and half of the royalty income for ongoing support, creating a tremendous economic platform for growth and success. After opening your first restaurant, you can meet your development schedule by opening additional units, as well as having independent franchises open in the market. This limits the amount of capital you’ll need to deploy and create an additional revenue stream.

After submitting your Franchise Financial Application, you’ll review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Our next discussion will focus on diving deeper into financial data, assessing your financial capability, available territories, and other important details. If you’re seeking financing, we’ll discuss your options and can connect you with trusted financial partners who specialize in franchise financing.
#4 Discovery Day
Immerse yourself in our brand by joining us for a Discovery Day at a Port of Subs restaurant!
You’ll have the chance to witness our operations in action, experience our brand firsthand, and meet our leadership team. This day is a valuable opportunity to establish a strong working relationship with our team, and discuss any questions you have regarding marketing, training, and other important aspects before executing a development agreement.
#5 Seal the Deal
As a developer, signing an area development agreement is a pivotal milestone, representing your official commitment to developing and growing Port of Subs franchises in your designated territory.
Along with the agreement, you’ll fulfill any fees and schedule a real estate planning meeting.
#6 Territory Determination & Construction
Our development team will utilize advanced analytics to carefully analyze your desired territory and identify targeted locations that align with your vision.
