What is the Port of Subs Regional Developer Program?
The Regional Developer Program is a unique franchise ownership offering that allows investors and operators to secure exclusive regions for franchise development. Through a robust partnership, regional developers act as self-sufficient local extensions of the corporate team, driving unit growth, conducting new franchisee training, and providing ongoing support within their territory. Regional Developers benefit from a share of royalties from franchise units in their designated territory for the initial agreement term (10 years + 10-year renewal), as well as a percentage of upfront franchise fees. This model, proven successful by some of the largest franchise brands for rapid national expansion, is available for a limited time until all major regions are sold.
