Port of Subs Store #251 owner Robert Leonhardt is bringing math—and subs—to life for the students at Elko High School!

Recently, Robert visited the school to show how math applies to the real world through the lens of running a Port of Subs franchise. From cost of goods and labor percentages to pricing strategy and daily operations, students got an inside look at how numbers drive business success.
