Sierra Nevada Co-op Delivers 2100 Pounds of Food to Local Food Bank!

In a National Day of Giving triumph, November 28th, stores from the Port of Subs Sierra NV Co-op turned a fundraiser into a frenzy of generosity, resulting in enough funds collected to purchase an astonishing seven pallets of non-perishable food weighing 2100 pounds!

With their trusty long bed Port of Subs van transformed into a culinary sleigh, the spirited crew from Port of Subs embarked on a journey to the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV, on December 8th. There, the dedicated team unveiled the bountiful donation for the Northern Nevada Food Bank on live TV, sharing the stage with a KTVN Channel 2 news anchor. From a fundraising fiesta to a gourmet giveaway at the Grand Sierra, this is a story of a community uniting for a generous cause, one flavorful pallet at a time!
