Port of Subs is positioned for rapid growth, and we’re actively seeking partners to join us in bringing the “your neighborhood sandwich shop” experience to communities nationwide! With over 50 years of operational excellence, you’ll be partnering with an established brand that is committed to supporting your business goals.

As a Port of Subs Regional Developer, you’ll secure the rights to open franchise units in a protected territory. Regional developers are compensated with half of the franchise fee for opening support and half of the royalty income for ongoing support, creating a tremendous economic platform for growth and success. After opening your first restaurant, you can meet your development schedule by opening additional units, as well as having independent franchises open in the market. This limits the amount of capital you’ll need to deploy and create an additional revenue stream.

    At Port of Subs, we prioritize the highest level of quality and service, which is why each location is required to have a minimum of two Certified Managers at all times. Our comprehensive certification program consists of four weeks of intensive restaurant training, followed by 30 to 50 hours of self-study, and wraps with a week of training at our Port of Subs Corporate Headquarters in Reno, NV.

    We offer training in Reno and Las Vegas, NV, Boise, ID and Phoenix, AZ. In addition, we offer a hybrid model*, where half of your training will be in Reno, NV while the rest may be completed in either Hanford, CA or Salt Lake City, UT.
