At Port of Subs, we prioritize the highest level of quality and service, which is why each location is required to have a minimum of two Certified Managers at all times. Our comprehensive certification program consists of 30 to 50 hours of self-study, which includes completion of required Virtual Training (VT) courses, followed by three weeks of intensive restaurant training at one of our Certified Training Stores, and concludes with up to one week of training at our Port of Subs Corporate Headquarters in Reno, NV.
