Support goes both ways in Stead!

There’s something really special about the relationship between Store 016 and Stead Elementary—two neighbors working together to support the same community.

Over the years, our team has pitched in for fundraisers and helped feed teachers and staff when the school needed a hand. In return, Stead Elementary recently gave us a major nod by letting us hang a banner on their fence facing the main road—directly across from our store.

And just last week, after a big back-to-school staff meeting, the entire team—around 50 teachers and administrators—surprised us by coming in for dinner. The dining room was packed, and it felt like the whole school had come out for a well-earned recess.

When local schools and local businesses team up, it’s an A+ combo. Here’s to a great year ahead!
