Port of Subs is designed to perform in a variety of retail settings with a flexible footprint ranging from approximately 1,200 to 1,800 square feet for traditional units.

Our restaurants are built to support multiple revenue streams, including dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, mobile ordering, delivery, and catering, creating operational flexibility across a variety of trade areas.

With a diverse menu featuring classic cold subs, signature hot subs, wraps, salads, sides, and catering, Port of Subs is positioned to serve guests throughout the day while complementing surrounding retail and service businesses.

Port of Subs is seeking strong retail opportunities that provide visibility, accessibility, and consistent consumer traffic. Below are general guidelines used when evaluating prospective sites and trade areas.

    • Traditional units: approximately 1,200–1,800 SF

    • Drive-thru units: approximately 1,500–2,000 SF

    • Non-traditional opportunities considered in select markets

    • Inline, endcap, pad, and freestanding locations considered

    • Patio seating is a plus where available

    • Minimum 20′ storefront preferred

    • Two ADA-accessible restrooms required

    • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grease interceptor requirements per local code

    • Monument or street signage opportunities strongly preferred
